Like every other yoga teacher in the world I hopped onto Zoom during Covid lockdowns and of course I've carried on .I have a love-hate relationship with the platform. It was a wonderful gift during the pandemic and it continues to connect us with people far across cities, countries and oceans. It brings access to courses ,gatherings , events that we could never hope to attend in person And everything can be recorded! But it does encourage everyone to stay at home and Kundalini Yoga is something to be shared and enjoyed together.
However I did record quite a few of the sessions I zoomed and I'm adding the links here. They aren't Hollywood standard productions or Yoga with Adriene but they might be useful if you fancy a Kundalini session in your own time. I hope you'll enjoy them!
Most of the recordings are around 60 mins long but some are shorter and can be used for regular practice. Kundalini Yoga methodology suggests practicing the same set of exercises or a Kriya for 40 consecutive days . The practice will become familiar and, depending on the purpose of the set, can help to effect change in the body, mind and spirit. All yoga can be meditative and by staying present and aware during practice, rather than drifting off in the usual thought trains, we will notice different qualities and experiences as we repeat the sequence each day.
